Sharon is a Human Resources Executive with over 19 years’ experience. Her passion is providing HR solutions, coaching and leadership for her clients by helping them build their HR infrastructure through understanding the connection between employee engagement and profits, and learning how to drive and own the changes.  Sharon also enjoys consulting with early stage ventures and not-for-profit organisations ensuring board compliance obligations are met.  Prior to launching Seven Summits HR, Sharon held several corporate HR leadership positions in manufacturing, FMCG, distribution and resources.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Diploma in Marketing & Public Relations.  She is also a certified professional with the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI) and has accreditation in facilitating Belbin team role profiling.
