Allan Kemp
Allan Kemp joins New Age HSE Services after distinguished career WorkCover and Consultancy. He is an expert auditor, all round investigator and is an accomplished trainer. Allan and Chief Operating Officer, Kim Flanagan, worked collaboratively investigating and managing 4 fatal workplace incidents in 1994.
Starting his career as a Public Servant Allan worked his way up to become a Regional Manager in the Department of Labour in Victoria where he was seconded to Victoria Police to assist in the set up of the Major Fraud Crime Squad. From there Allan moved to Newcastle to become Team Manager of Country North for WorkCover NSW. In 2007 he set up his own consultancy and had a short stint as National Safety Manager for The Borg Group of Companies only to return to his own Consultancy.
Allan is an outstanding Auditor, noted for his vast knowledge of all things health and safety. He is an expert investigator in fraud, incidents and staff/employee issues and is a proficient trainer.
Allan has a Diploma of Fraud Management as well as a Graduate Diploma of Sports Science. He is a family man with a keen interest in water sports and AFL.
